"If you try it, you're going to buy it," says Jason Connell, 30, who runs the family business with his wife, Samantha, 27.

Jason isn't boasting, just stating a fact, confirmed by anyone who has tried the sausage. Begun by his father, Aubrey, the business is built on a family tradition that goes much farther back. Four generations of Connells have honed the craft of making sausage. Aubrey tweaked his grandfather's recipe and the result has people switching loyalty.
