We've tried the whole line and haven't found a snoozer in the bunch. Made with 80 percent lean, certified-humane pork, they're gluten-free, nitrate-free and well-seasoned — achieving that perfect balance of salt, herbs, spices and porky goodness — with a coarser texture that's just like homemade, even the breakfast sausages.
