Poultry producer Wayne Farms Inc. withdrew its initial public offering for a second time, according to a filing Wednesday. The company did not give a reason for the withdrawal in the Securities and Exchange Commission document. Wayne Farms called off its IPO for the first time in June, citing market conditions. The company has claimed it is the sixth largest poultry producer and processor in the U.S. and a "key supplier" to chain restaurants, food retailers, and other customers.
