OTTAWA – The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Continental Strictly Kosher Meat, Poultry and Delicatessen Products Ltd., are warning people with allergies to mustard not to consume certain Continental Glatt Kosher brand meat products described below. The affected products contain mustard which is not declared on the label.
The following Continental Glatt Kosher brand meat products are affected by this alert:

These products have been distributed in Québec, Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.
Consumption of these products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to mustard.
The manufacturer, Continental Strictly Kosher Meat, Poultry and Delicatessen Products Ltd., (EST. 29) Mont-Royal, Québec, is voluntarily recalling the affected products from the marketplace. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
