Cargill Appoints A New President For Meat

Ruth Kimmelshue has been appointed president of Cargill Meat Solutions, replacing Jody Horner, who is leaving the company to become president of Midland University in Fremont. 

Kimmelshue will also remain president of Cargill Turkey and Cooked Meats, company spokesman Mike Martin said.

Kimmelshue joined Cargill in 1986 and previously served as president of Cargill Salt and Cargill AgHorizons, the company's grain storage and marketing arm. She holds a master of science degree in agricultural economics from Stanford University.
