SEATTLE, WA — Bill the Butcher, Inc., a leading retailer of organic and natural, grass-fed meats, today announced the introduction of specialty organic meats for the holidays including turkey, geese, and ham.
Last week, during the company's first Thanksgiving with 6 stores in operation, Bill the Butcher had a very successful holiday promotion, pre-selling over 30% of its organic turkeys online. Online sales were a strong indicator of success for the company's expanding e-commerce business. Along with free-range and organic turkeys, Bill the Butcher is proud to feature a heritage breed, hand-raised in small flocks on a farm in Washington State.
For the Christmas season, Bill the Butcher will be expanding its online and in-store offerings with fresh hams, geese, and boneless Wagyu Prime Rib roasts.
"Holidays throughout the year are an integral part of our lives and this is expressed through the foods we eat. Bill the Butcher's retail experience and our organic meats are part of our customers' lives and their holiday meals. We are also making ease of shopping part of the holiday experience by enabling online ordering. This Thanksgiving we've had a very positive response to our seasonal offerings and we plan to immediately expand our online and holiday meat selections," stated J'Amy Owens, CEO of Bill the Butcher.
