At the beginning of the year we fine-tuned our strategy and decided to position Royal FloraHolland as a service provider. The structure of the organization will be adjusted to reflect this change.
The Commerce Department will be discontinued and will be replaced by a Growers' Services department and a Market & Sales department.
This moment led Servaas van der Ven, member of the MT and responsible for Commerce, to reflect on his future. After giving shape to the Growers' Services, he has taken the decision to continue his career outside of Royal FloraHolland. Servaas will leave the organization at the end of 2018.
