National Alliance Of Floral Associations Announces 'Designer Of The Year'

The winners of state and regional floral design competitions competed Saturday October 4th from 12:30-2:30pm for the grand title National Designer of the Year. The contest theme was “A Destination Wedding… Creating a Pinterest Board”. The contest was held in the lobby of Mission Point Resort where guests on-site for a Destination Wedding showcase hosted by Mission Point Resort watched the competition up close.

All contest participants were encouraged to bring a stack of business cards. You never know…. you might get a call from one of the attendees who are looking for a professional world-class designer to do her wedding.

The contest was sponsored by Syndicate Sales & Teleflora and administered by the National Alliance of Floral Associations. The winners received: $1000 first place, $300 second place, and $100 third place.
