Koehler & Dramm is very excited to announce a new charitable endeavor for the month of July! In years past, July has been all about giving back by donating a portion of rose sales for the month to charity organizations. This year is no different, but a new partnership with Operation Homefront has been established for this year to support a cause that hits very close to home. Operation Homefront is an organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to wounded warriors and military families in need, and all donations from Koehler & Dramm will benefit families that live right in the 5-state K&D service area: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Operation Homefront has provided assistance to thousands of military families since its inception in 2002. Dozen rose bouquets will come in a special edition camouflage sleeve during July, and K&D will donate 2 cents per every rose sold plus a portion of select supply sales for the month to Operation Homefront. Marketing kits are available by contacting the sales staff or event organizers Emily Gorg & Jessica Leopold, or kit materials are available for download on the Koehler & Dramm website. Kits include information packets, posters, point-of-sale takeaways, social media photos and banners, and more, to help shop and store owners promote the project. Customers of Koehler & Dramm are involved simply by buying roses, but they are encouraged to participate in their own way, whether they choose to give back to Operation Homefront alongside K&D, another military charity organization, or directly to a military family right in their own community.
Thousands of men and women in the armed forces fight for our freedom every day. Many are wounded in battle and many give the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Oftentimes, there are financial hardships associated with the recovery and reacclimation of our veterans when they return home. Operation Homefront is dedicated to providing financial assistance to our soldiers to help alleviate this stress, and Koehler & Dramm is proud to support our veterans and military families through the actions of OH, which has a 92% efficiency rate.
