Vijfhuizen – The International Floriculture Trade fair IFTF is heading for its 10th edition this year. A reason to celebrate with a cocktail on the evening of the first day of the fair, Wednesday November 6th, when the show will be open until 21:00 hrs. This so called ‘evening opening’ will also make it more easy for exhibitors of the trade fair at the Royal FloraHolland auction to attend IFTF.
Opening hours will also be slightly different on the 2nd and 3rd day if this year’s IFTF. On Thursday November 7th, the exhibition will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. (one more hour than previous years in order to facilitate exhibitors from the Royal FloraHolland auction to visit IFTF). On Friday November 8th, the exhibition will close one hour earlier than previous years to allow IFTF exhibitors to break down their stand a bit earlier.
IFTF is again growing this year. Besides existing exhibitors taking bigger sized stands, various new companies are signing up to exhibit. Especially the number of flower traders deciding to take part in the exhibition is increasing. But also a continuing growing number of international flower growers are finding their way to IFTF and sign up to participate. The 25,000 square meter available exhibition space in Expo Haarlemmermeer in Vijfhuizen is however sufficient to allocate all requests of companies that want to exhibit.
