In view of the harsh winter this year, most people are experiencing a serious case of spring fever. To get a jump on warmer weather, Garden Media Group is releasing its much anticipated list of Garden Superstars for Spring. Susan McCoy, gardening expert for the Philadelphia area firm, says “After all the snow and ice this winter, we’re really yearning for spring so we can get out into the garden, dig in the soil and just plant something!”
