It wasn't very long ago that Carlstedt's Wholesale Florist relocated to South Main Street in Petal after an EF4 tornado destroyed its facility on Bouie Street in Hattiesburg.
Just a few weeks shy of the fourth anniversary of that tornado, which struck Feb. 10, 2013, another tornado destroyed its new place, the former Petal Moose Lodge.
The morning of Jan. 21, manager Will Hibley awoke to the news that a tornado was passing through Petal. He knew it wouldn't be good, and he was right.
The building took a direct hit.
