Anastasia Campaign To Mark The 1,000,000,000 Cutting For Anastasia

Deliflor has launched a global campaign to promote Anastasia, a beautiful chrysanthemum variety of Deliflor. The reason for this activity? Currently more than 1,000,000,000 Anastasias have been sold as cuttings and therefore as flowers! Deliflor plans to celebrate this landmark together with all parties in the supply chain who have contributed to the success of this chrysanthemum that is traded and appreciated all over the world. By this campaign Anastasia can be traced back to its origins (the Netherlands) from different locations throughout the world. All the way down the chain. A fantastic journey! “Follow your Anastasia back to its roots”.

Win an all-in trip to Anastasia’s roots

To highlight the global popularity of Anastasia, a special website has been developed: www.deliflor.nl/anastasia. At this site, you can see the journey that Anastasia makes through the supply chain. Everyone who comes into contact with Anastasia throughout the supply chain can enter his/her details along with a photo of Anastasia and will thus get a marker on the world map. Even more important, however, is that this makes the participant eligible to win a wonderful trip to the roots of the Anastasia cultivar, Holland! Until the end of December 2013, Anastasia can be followed throughout the world, and everyone can put a marker on the world map. The winner of the wonderful, all-in trip will be announced in January 2014.

Posters with Anastasia at famous locations

Furthermore, to emphasize the worldwide presence of Anastasia, a set of five beautiful posters has been developed that show Anastasia at internationally famous locations. These posters will be distributed throughout the supply chain and will also be used by Deliflor to promote Anastasia during exhibitions, product demonstrations and visits worldwide.
