Our pure fresh sausage is free of preservatives, antibiotics, and hormones. It comes from humanely raised animals fed vegetarian diets. Pork sausage varieties include Fresh Parsley with Cheese, Brooklyn Cheddar Bratwurst, Hot & Sweet Italian, Irish Bangers, Breakfast Sage, Pork with Broccoli Rabe, Chorizo, and Smoky Bacon Breakfast. Poultry varieties include Honey Chipotle, Chicken Breakfast, Turkey Breakfast, Buffalo Chicken with Blue Cheese, Chicken Apple with Maple Syrup, Chicken Marsala, and Chicken Spinach with Feta Cheese.
ALL-AMERICAN PÂTÉS AND MOUSSES
Preservative-free, all natural pâtés and mousses are Euro-inspired and tailored to the adventurous American palate. Varieties are Pâté de Campagne, Duck and Pork Pâté à l’Orange, Truffle Mousse, Pork Rillettes, Medi-terranean Chicken Pâté, and Cauliflower Vegetable Mousse (vegetarian).

Artisanal charcuterie ripens in its own time. We let this line ferment slowly to develop its intense, porky flavor. All styles are sold by the piece, tagged with a Ripe and Ready date. We’ve selected some varie-ties from the Original Charcuterie line: Chorizo, Fennel, Cacciatorini, Sopressata, Truffle Salami, Hot Sopressata, and Pancetta.
