MONROE, Wis. Regi Hise has joined the Emmi Roth Kse USA team as Corporate Chef and Director of Culinary Development. In this role, Hise will work with chefs and foodservice operators across the country to expand distribution of Emmi Roth Kse USA products in the foodservice channel.
Hise has been active in the cheese industry for more than 30 years and is an internationally renowned cheese expert. Over the years, his cheese education programs have trained thousands of food professionals and chefs. Through his company, Foodtrends LLC, Hise has worked with a number of national and international organizations, including the U.S. Dairy Export Council and the U.S. Foreign Agricultural Service. For the past 12 years, he has served in a variety of sales and marketing activities for Roth Kse USA.

Previously, Hise served for 10 years as Director of Education and Training at the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board. During his tenure there, he authored the Wisconsin Cheesecyclopedia, Cheese at Foodservice, and Cheese at Retail training programs. Hise received culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu from 1974-1976 and has served full terms on the board of directors for the International Dairy Deli Baker Association (IDDBA), the American Culinary Federation Education Institute (ACFEI), and the American Cheese Society (ACS).
