Oakland, CA – The French Cheese Club announced that Rachel Perez will be taking over for Cecile Delannes as the French Cheese Ambassador effective immediately following the Summer Fancy Food Show. Along with this staffing change, office headquarters will be relocated from College Park, MD to Oakland, CA.
In her new role as French Cheese Ambassador, Rachel will provide education, oversee marketing and manage sales for 6 traditional family owned French cheese companies: Lincet, E. Graindorge, Rivoire Jacquemin, Jacquin et Fils, Paul Dischamp and Jean Faup.
Rachel is bilingual and bicultural and has an extensive background in the cheese industry in wholesale, import and retail markets. She also works actively with the American Cheese Society.
