Sounds like a cheese-lover's dream. But it's not quite ready to go on the market.

Nisin — a preservative found in Brie, cheddar and Camembert — was found to greatly reduce cancerous tumors in rats, according to a new study.

The quantity necessary to achieve tumor-shrinking stage, though, was mighty.
