Old Croc's Flavored Cheddar Cheeses Win At 2018 World Cheese Championships

(Millburn, NJ) Coming off last year’s big win at the United States Cheese Championships, Old Croc’s flavored cheddars once again captured more honors at last week’s World Cheese Championships. Old Croc’s New Roasted Garlic & Herb Cheddar earned the coveted “Best of Class” in the Pasteurized Process Cheese Slices category, while Old Croc Horseradish Cheddar took 2nd place honors in the Flavored Pasteurized Process Cheese category.

Undoubtedly the most prestigious cheese competition in the world, this year’s World Cheese Championships featured 3,402 entries from 26 countries. “We are tremendously honored to be so highly recognized in this competition between the best cheeses around the globe”, said Ken Meyers, President of Trugman-Nash, makers of Old Croc cheese. He added, “With the growing demand for bolder, more flavorful cheeses, we are continually striving to raise the bar in the flavored cheese category”.

Old Croc Roasted Garlic & Herb combines the signature bold “bite” of their Australian sharp cheddar with a zesty blend of real garlic and aromatic herbs, while the horseradish cheddar delivers a hearty and distinctively tangy tasting experience. In addition to their great taste, these flavorful cheeses are made with Non GMO ingredients with no added hormones.

Old Croc’s flavored cheddars are distributed by Trugman-Nash, LLC and will be available in retail (6oz) chunks (6oz) pre-sliced shingle packs, 12oz and 1.5LB Variety Trays. For more information about Old Croc fine cheese products, contact them at: info@trugman-nash.com.
