Montchevré’s Crumbled Goat Cheese is made with fresh goat milk collected from our local, independent, family farms. Head cheese-maker, Jean Rossard, has established a perfectly balanced recipe for Montchevré’s crumbled goat cheese giving each piece a beautiful tang and freshness that makes it ideal for either sprinkling on top of salads, pasta, paninis, pizzas, vegetable medleys, soups, etc. The possibilities are endless!
