Miami, FL— Marky’s Caviar announces first large distribution of French Kosher cheeses to South Florida Whole Foods stores.
A vendor-partner to the retail food store chain Whole Foods for over 2 years, Marky’s — a world-wide leader in the direct import, export and distribution of gourmet foods since 1983, has been working to establish more natural gourmet products in the South Florida Whole Foods stores.
Marky’s directly imports a large volume of cheeses from France and Italy and offers a large selection of cheeses of different milks and consistencies. The large volume and the fact that they directly import allows them to offer their customers the freshest cheese at the best prices. Marky’s cheese program is orchestrated so that they receive a shipment of fresh cheese every other week.
Whole Foods has taken on an entire line of kosher products due to overwhelming demand. Among the cheeses offered are: kosher Brie, Camembert Royal and several goat cheeses including Chabichou and the popular French Goat Cheese Pyramid with Ash. To produce these cheeses, the producer uses a vegetarian rennet-type product as opposed to the traditional animal-based rennet.
Today, a quarter of a century after inception, Marky’s Caviar offers a large selection of gourmet foods and solutions to the global hospitality and food service industries with a large all-in-one facility to serve all of its customers.
