Lone Grazer, the cheese company that began 2½ years ago in the hip Food Building in Northeast Minneapolis, has announced that it will close.
In a statement on its website, owner Kieran Folliard says the following:
“Food Building has two growing businesses that need more investment in order to continue their growth, and we have one business where, despite everyone’s hard work and unwavering dedication, and the terrific products that have been crafted, the business is not growing fast enough to justify further investment. The other businesses within Food Building have a clear path towards economic viability and success.”
