Rueben Nilsson, co-owner and head cheesemaker at the Lone Grazer Creamery, is off to a strong start.
Since the creamery entered the market at the end of February, Nilsson has continued to expand his product line, which includes string cheese and cheese curds.
The Lone Grazer Creamery products can be found in almost two dozen wine and cheese shops and supermarkets, including St. Paul Cheese Shop, Golden Fig Fine Foods and Mississippi Market in St. Paul.
