Les Trois Petits Cochons Launches New Sliced Charcuterie Line

NEW YORK, NY  – Les Trois Petits Cochons, makers of authentic artisanal pâté and charcuterie, will introduce its newest line of charcuterie products at the 2016 Summer Fancy Food Show on June 26-28 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York. Launching in Summer 2016, the company’s Sliced Charcuterie line will be on display at booth #737.

Les Trois Petits Cochons’ Saucisson Sec, Saucisson Sec aux Herbes de Provence, Saucisson Sec aux Cèpes, Chorizo, and Jambon Sec are all now available in convenient pre-sliced packages.  Each flavor is All Natural, has No Nitrites or Nitrates Added and is Gluten Free.  They are best enjoyed at room temperature on their own or served on a charcuterie board, along with cornichons, Dijon mustard, and fresh French bread.
