Goat milk can be the main ingredient in unfamiliar and fancy cheeses often used by chefs around the world and on TV, but have you ever heard of sheep cheese? Local farmer Kendall Russell makes some of America's best sheep cheese.
At Lark’s Meadow Farms Russell and his family run and operate a farm where they sell meat, baked goods and national award-winning cheese. Most of their cheese is sold out-of-state to bigger cities like New York or Seattle.
Russell didn’t always want to be a farmer or a cheesemaker.
