MALONE – LaClare Farms, a premiere producer of dairy goat products in the country and the world, has announced a significant expansion of its processing facility as well as the addition of a highly honored industry expert to its staff .
The expansion and renovation of LaClare’s facilities at W2994 County Hwy. HH in Malone, offers a tremendous opportunity for us to grow, said Larry Hedrich, co-founder, owner and operator of LaClare Farms, along with his wife, Clara.
“We are now able to expand our cave-aged Chandoka-aging program as we move it to where the LaClare goat farm, a restaurant and a retail shop is located," Hedrich said.
