BANGOR – If goats could talk, the ones at Ron and Suzanne Klein's Windshadow Farm & Dairy would likely say their owners are doing things right.
But since their vocabulary is limited to "baaaah" and "maaaaa," the 150 dairy goats say it with joyous leaps, affectionate nuzzles and silly antics.
And they say it with high-quality milk, which also means high quality cheese.
Ron and Suzanne Klein have plenty of evidence they're doing things right, but hearing it from experts who have certified their farm as Animal Welfare Approved, was special.
