MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. – The Alto-Shaam booth (#4840) promises to be a trade show destination at the 2018 National Restaurant Association Show (NRA) May 19-22 inside the halls of McCormick Place with information, product demonstrations, culinary arts and more.
Of note, Alto-Shaam will showcase its full-size and countertop Vector Multi-Cook Ovens. A revolution in cooking technology, both models received a Kitchen Innovations® award for their game-changing, innovative design. Live cooking demos will take place throughout the show. With a single oven, Alto-Shaam chefs will be cooking delicious items like cinnamon rolls, breakfast sandwiches, pizza and more in a single oven at the following times:
- Saturday, May 19: 10am, 12pm, and 2pm
- Sunday, May 20: 10am, 12pm, and 2pm
- Monday, May 21: 10am, 12pm, and 2pm
- Tuesday, May 22: 11am
This revolutionary new product offers up to four ovens in one. Users can control temperature, fan speed, and time in each individual oven chamber. Unmatched evenness in cooking is possible thanks to exclusive Structured Air Technology™, which delivers high-velocity, vertical upward and downward airflow. This optimized, focused heat delivers faster, more even cooking than other cooking methods without rotating pans.
“We are confident this oven will be a great addition to kitchens throughout America,” Steve Maahs, Alto-Shaam president and chief operating officer. “This oven’s flexibility surpasses anything we’ve seen in the market. You can now cook your food exactly how you want it, when you want it, with zero flavor transfer.”
In addition to Vector ovens, Alto-Shaam will also host cooking demos on the following items:
