Cypress Grove Chevre To Host Featured Pairings At Winter Fancy Food Show

ARCATA, Calif. – Humboldt County, California-based Cypress Grove Chevre announced that their new booth design will highlight food and beverage pairings for their cheeses.

The company has evolved over the last 30 years from a one-person, mother-owned startup into a thriving and celebrated American artisan cheese maker with over fifty employees. Cypress Grove plans to pair their award winning cheeses with Simple and Crisp, North Coast Brewing Company, ACE Ciders, 34 Degrees Crisps, and Olli Salumis among others at booth 5105 during this Winter’s Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.

“We’re excited to feature a new collection of our friends’ amazing products, made even better when paired with our cheeses,” said Cypress Grove’s Marketing Director, Jason Baxter. “We’ve been supported by hundreds of artisan food companies at events across the country as Cypress Grove has grown through the decades. Its an honor to have the opportunity to showcase others at this Winter’s event,” he adds.

The Northern California cheese maker plans to orient the booth around three pairing islands (salumi, crisps, and adult beverages) and invites show attendees to come by and taste for themselves. Baxter continued, “We’re keeping the lid on pairing specifics until the show, but there will be plenty to go around at booth 5105.”
