Tracy Enslen, vice president of business development, American Dairy Association Mideast, will discuss Ohio’s rich history in cheese – from some of the finest cheeses in the world, to the impact the industry has on the state’s economy – at the Northwest Ohio Ag-Business Breakfast Forum, April 18 from 8-9:30 a.m.
The event is hosted by the Center for Innovative Food Technology at the Agricultural Incubator Foundation.
Ohio has long been one of the top cheese producing states in the country (including the number one producer of Swiss cheese). Some of the state’s cheese makers have won prestigious awards at the U.S. Cheese Championship, World Cheese Championship and World Dairy Expo.
