Calling All Cheesemakers & Affineurs

Cheese with Altitude is on its way to living up to its name! This summer, ACS will be offering a unique session at our 2017 Annual Conference in Denver, CO. Think of this as "speed dating" for cheese! To help showcase your newest and most innovative cheeses and cultured dairy products, this session will give you an opportunity to share your R&D cheeses with retailers and other cheese professionals for immediate and candid feedback.

The ACS Education Committee is currently seeking cheesemakers and affinuers who are interested in participating in this exciting opportunity. We must limit the number of participating producers, as space is limited — so please submit your intent to participate by March 15, 2017. ACS will notify those producers who will be participating by April 1, so they can get started on producing and aging their products for this great event.

All producers will be asked to provide enough product to be tasted by session participants, along with any special equipment necessary for the tasting.  Additional details will be provided if you are selected to participate.

We hope you are excited to participate in this speed-dating-style focus group with some of the best cheese minds in the industry, who are eager to give you immediate feedback on your exciting projects. Our hope is that this event will encourage producers to step outside of their comfort zone, while simultaneously getting the industry excited about what's coming next!
