Traver [CA]-based Bravo Farms has voluntarily expanded a recall to include all its cheese products in order to double-check equipment and cheese-making methods, Bravo owner and partner Johnathan Van Ryn reported Tuesday.
"This is our own decision," said Van Ryn, whose company's Dutch Style Raw Milk Gouda Cheese line sold at Costco stores was reported Nov. 5 by health officials to have been linked to an E. coli bacteria outbreak that sickened 25 people in five states.
