Beecher’s Handmade Cheese Launches Flagship Cheese Stick, Perfect for On-The-Go Cheese Snacking

SEATTLE — Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, the Seattle-based cheesemaker, has just launched a new product, the Beecher’s Flagship Cheese Stick. This specialty item consists of Beecher’s signature and most popular cheese, Flagship, in a new stick format, ideal for enjoying on the go.

Aged for a minimum of 15 months, Beecher’s Flagship is a cheddar-gruyere style cheese that has a uniquely robust, nutty flavor and subtle notes of caramel and browned butter. Previously primarily available in seven-ounce triangles, and larger eight-pound colossal cuts, this new cheese stick format is an excellent option for a protein-rich, single-serving snack, packing 5 grams of protein in each serving. The cheese sticks are sold in packs of eight or individually. Already available for purchase at Beecher’s own retail locations, Beecher’s Flagship Cheese Sticks will soon be available for purchase in the dairy aisle of grocery stores across the country.

Beecher’s cheeses are made with fresh, pure, local milk from Washington, Wisconsin, and New York and contain no added rBST. As part of Beecher’s Pure Food Commitment, they contribute one percent of all sales to The Beecher’s Foundation, a nonprofit that provides education through community engagement, and inspires people to vote with every food dollar.
