Two products from Alpina Foods, the company building a manufacturing plant in Batavia, are scheduled to begin showing up in area supermarkets this spring.
Wegmans will begin carrying Revive, Alpina’s line of Greek yogurt, and Renew, the company’s oat smoothie beverage, in April. Tops will add the yogurt in May, Alpina said Friday.
Revive is launching at grocery retailers this month, while Renew recently expanded throughout a half-dozen Mid-Atlantic states in response to market demand.
“We’re excited that more and more consumers are discovering the convenience and heart-healthy benefits of Alpina Renew,” Alpina Foods General Manager Carlos Ramirez said in a news release.
