This acquisition only affects the former New England distribution territory of Progressive Gourmet. Siegel Egg Co. Inc. will be servicing this market as Progressive Gourmet Distribution of New England; a division of Siegel Egg Co. Inc. Progressive Gourmet will continue to manufacture products for this product line for Siegel Egg Co. Inc.
