This year, milk moustaches around Kansas City were made to be of different colors and flavors as the Shatto Milk Company celebrated its tenth anniversary by offering a total of seven special edition flavors throughout the year. The seven flavors were, Chocolate Cherry, Mint Chocolate, Blueberry, Cookies and Cream, Apple Pie, Birthday Cake and Candy Corn. Each flavor was presented in a unique collector’s edition half liter bottle featuring a fun word or story associated with the flavor.
The Shatto’s were overwhelmed by the support of this effort as customers regularly requested that each of the seven be made throughout the year. The Shatto’s have decided to allow customers the opportunity to choose which of the limited edition flavors is made to be a regular flavor. Individuals can vote for their favorite flavor and the winning flavor will become Shatto Milk Company’s next permanent flavor. Individuals can take part in the survey by going to:

“We received an amazing amount of positive feedback about each limited edition flavor”. Said Barb Shatto “The decision, if left to us, about which flavor would become permanent would have been extremely difficult as so many liked each for different reasons. Thus, a vote is the perfect way to determine which of the seven will be back on shelves in early 2014.”
“Still to this day we are receiving calls daily about the limited edition bottles that were produced with the unique flavors. We do still have some for sale at our Farm Store and they can be ordered by emailing us at office@shattomilk.com or by visiting the farm store throughout the week.”
