Oak Knoll Dairy, a conserved family-owned farm, is Vermont’s only Grade A commercial dairy bottling goats’ milk.

Oak Knoll Dairy is owned and managed by George Redick and Karen Lindbo, a husband and wife team. Since 1998, this 160 acre farm on the banks of the Connecticut River, has been conserved with the Upper Valley Land Trust, a non-profit agency that preserves farmland, forests and wetland in the Connecticut River Valley.

In their on-site dairy, Oak Knoll Dairy has been bottling and processing goats’ milk products, since 1999.
