MOSINEE, Wis. — Eight dairy producers who lost contracts earlier this month with Grassland Dairy were picked by Mullins Cheese.
According to the dairy industry publication, cowsmo.com; owner Bill Mullins said the dairies will add about an extra 100,000 pounds per day.
"We just built a new plant last year and we're running at about 7.2 million pounds per day, so this will top it off,” Mullins told cowsmo.com
