IDFA Honors Cutting Edge Innovation

WHITE MARSH, Md. — Two new cultured dairy products – an apple parfait (from YoCrunch) and a fruit-and-fiber yogurt (from Sensient Flavors LLC) – were named the most innovative dairy products this year during the IDFA Milk and Cultured Dairy Products Symposium, April 24-26, 2012 in Kansas City, MO. The competition was sponsored by TIC Gums of White Marsh, MD, a supplier of texturizers and stabilizers.

The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA), Washington, D.C., represents the nation's dairy manufacturing and marketing industries and their suppliers, with a membership of 550 companies representing a $110-billion a year industry.
