Hood, the Lynnfield based dairy products company, said it is launching an ad campaign that promotes its cottage cheese as an important ingredient in healthful recipes.
Home Shopping Network celebrity chef Rick Tarantino serves as the face of the campaign, which is titled, "Winning Recipes from Hood Cottage Cheese."
The campaign uses a new website, HoodCottageCheese.com, and a series of TV ads to demonstrate how Hood Cottage Cheese can be used as a healthful alternative in recipes by providing less fat and calories than other high-fat cheeses.
