The former wife of Chobani chairman Hamdi Ulukaya has obtained a settlement in her lawsuit that sought to acquire control of a 53-percent share of the Greek-style yogurt company, according to various news reports from state Supreme Court in Manhattan.
The details of the settlement were not released, and a spokesman for Chobani replied to an inquiry from The Daily Star by saying the company would have no comment.
The New York Post reported that the settlement was filed just prior to the issuance of what had been expected to be a critical ruling.
