As CEO of Dallas-based Borden Dairy Company and the industry’s most iconic brand, Tony Sarsam leads more than 3,300 employees across 13 plants and nearly 100 branches.
This past year, he has led a new corporate identity campaign called The Borden Difference and he says the employee feedback and alignment behind it that has been very rewarding.
He is also excited about the opportunities there are for growth in the dairy space, especially in breakfast and snacking.
