After the new year begins, those post-holiday pounds can really put a damper on your cheer.
So Alpenrose Dairy is sponsoring a low-calorie recipe contest on social media that hopes to encourage people to submit healthy recipes inspired by their Lite n’ Trim line of dairy products.
Those who want to participate can do so by posting a recipe that uses a low-calorie substitute such as Alpenrose Dairy Lite & Trim sour cream, along with an original photo of the finished dish.
