The Watertown Tourism Council is pleased to announce that on Saturday, October 2nd, between 1:00 and 7:00pm, residents from across Wisconsin will have the opportunity to sample delicious food from more than a dozen of the best brat makers in the land, as these brat makers compete for the title of “World’s Best Brat.” The event will take place at Watertown Airport and is open to the public.

Beef Ambassadors To Compete In Rapid City, Oct. 1-3

Twenty-six students will compete for a position on the 2011 National Beef Ambassador Team, funded in part by the beef checkoff, as well as cash awards and college scholarships, at the National Beef Ambassador Competition held Oct. 1-3 at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center. Cash awards totaling $5,000 will be presented, as well as scholarship awards sponsored by the American National CattleWomen Foundation, Inc.
