Change in the local bread world continues to rise. On the heels of news of the sale of Bread & Company to Florida-based group First Watch comes change at Provence Breads, where two of the top executives announced they are stepping down to pursue a new opportunity.
Kim Totzke, the company's chief operating officer, said, "The last seven years have been a great run and have defined so much of who I've become."
Also leaving is Chief Financial Officer Adam Williams, who will join Totzke in a new venture that will keep them in Nashville. Details of their next project will be released at a later date.
