Stone Barns Center’s Pastry Maker to Sell to Whole Foods Market

Bedford's energetic Randell Dodge, whose Red Barn Bakery is the popular and sole pie and pastry merchant at the farm market at Stone Barns Center in Pocantico Hills, is about to become even busier.

She has entered into an agreement with Whole Foods Market in White Plains to carry her artisanal bakery products and will introduce them in a sampling demonstration at the store on December 30.

Later this month Dodge will open her own retail outlet across from the Metro North train station at 1 South Astor Street in Irvington, NY. Stores that sell her goods include Mt. Kisco Seafood and Bedford Gourmet in Westchester County and The Hickories in Ridgefield, Connecticut (a farm product and food outlet).
