FARMINGTON — Navajo Pride LLC issued a voluntary recall this week for its bleached, all-purpose flour because of possible Salmonella contamination.
The recalled flour is marked with lot No. 075B110064 and is stamped with an expiration date of March 16, 2016, according to a company press release issued on Thursday. The flour comes in 5-pound cloth bags, 25-pound cloth bags and 50-pound paper bags.
"We did the recall voluntarily based on our investigation," said Hal Thompson, Navajo Pride acting general manager, on Thursday.
