The Retail Bakers of America held a two-day Certification test at Kendall College in Chicago with six candidates testing for their Certified Baker test and one candidate testing for Certified Master Baker.
The hands on test challenges candidates with their knowledge of the baking industry and techniques. It was a very intense weekend, but these candidates knocked it out of the park showing the judges just what it means to get an RBA Certification.
