Products That Use Sprouted Grains May Add Health Benefits

When Suzie Carpenter's two teenagers were younger, she was forced into changing the family's eating habits due to some gastrointestinal issues one of her daughters encountered.

"We went on this entire journey looking at the root of the problem, which stemmed from food," she said.

When Carpenter, 46, started to see the positive effects the dietary changes were having on her own body and the healing that transpired, it would be the beginning of her vocational journey into health and wellness.

"That is how I got here," she said of her occupation as a certified nutrition and health coach in Wyomissing. "I'm interested in getting anybody into their own peak health."
