CONCORD, N.C. – A proven print resource for dessert professionals and business owners, PreGel AMERICA’s custom magazine Views from the Tree (VFTT) is now available online. Views from the Tree was launched in the fall of 2008 with a mission to educate and inspire PreGel AMERICA’s customers, prospects and allied professionals in the dessert industry. The quarterly magazine features several departments that focus on a variety of topics that include the latest trends in the industry, tips and techniques for preparing specialty desserts, ingredient spotlights and even a clever top ten list. The magazine is produced in-house by the staff at PreGel AMERICA and has quickly become a favorite pick-up at the events and trade shows.
