PreGel AMERICA is pleased to announce the return and first-time appearance of the world's finest culinary talent to the 2015 PreGel 5-Star Pastry Series®. This exciting list of exclusive seminars will not be available anywhere outside of PreGel's Professional Training Center in Charlotte, NC.
Presenting eight classes in 2015, the PreGel 5-Star Pastry Series® is being led by extraordinary chefs including Michael Laiskonis, creative director for the Institute of Culinary Education; Jerome Landrieu, head of Chicago Chocolate Academy; Laurent Branlard, executive pastry chef, Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Hotel; Frederic Hawecker, MOF; Jean-Michel Perruchon, MOF & director of Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil and Thomas Raquel, Executive Pastry Chef, Le Bernardin, New York, NY. Each chef will teach an ACF-certified three-day seminar. The series provides an opportunity for established culinary professionals to sharpen and increase their skills in the arts of pastry, confections, sugar showpieces and plated desserts.
